    Vintage Portland Power ABL game issued worn basketball practice shorts. These are men's shorts, so it is my assumption is that they were issued to and worn by a staff member or coach.
    Made by Reebok, they are a MENS 2XL and they measure around 21.5'' from top to bottom. The waistband measures around 18.5'' laying flat. There IS a drawstring.
    You will be hard-pressed to find another pair out there.
