Vintage Pair Lalique Frosted Crystal Sitting & Crouching Cat Figures

This listing is for a GORGEOUS pair of large vintage Lalique frosted crystal cat figures. These sculptures were originally created by Rene Lalique in 1932 and have been so popular they have continued to be produced in different periods to the present day. Originally they were sold separately but they definitely make a statement when displayed together. Each figure is engraved in script on the base "Lalique, France". The vintage production from the 197's-80's have more distinct features in the molds than newer versions with the current issues appearing to have a whiter surface to the glass. Current retail for this pair of cats is approximately 00.00. Set consists of:
(1)  Chat Couche (Crouching Cat) - measures 4" high, 9" long and 4 1/2" wide. Weighs 8.6 pounds. Current retail is 75.00.
(2)  Chat Assis (Sitting Cat) - measures 8 1/4" high, 3 3/4" wide and 6 1/2" long.
Weighs 7.8 pounds. Current retail is 25.00.
Combined weight is approximately 16 pounds.
This fabulous pair are is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
