Vintage LALIQUE Frosted /clear Glass OWL Figurine Paperweight 3.5" Signed 1945

Lovely old owl in beautiful condition just a couple of faint light scratches on the base ( mentioned for pure accuracy
only )where its been moved around. this one has the Lalique France signature dates it to just after Rene Lalique died when they first dropped the R in the signatures~superb detail.
This is absolutely stunning and would make a superb add to any collection a genuine old piece, when the master himself passed  away insead of R LALIUQE FRANCE the R was dropped and the signature  was LALIQUE FRANCE
Rene died in May 1945 and this beautiful piece was made the same year after his death.
It was one of Rene designs,~ he looked to nature for his inspiration and studied the owl in order to produce this magnificent detail that is seen today.
A wonderful piece of history by a wonderful prestigious crystal glass famous company LALIQUE
his work is collected worldwide and proven to be one of the best investment today!
