The adjustable speed settings(12 in total) allow you to pick the perfect pace to reach your goals, i.e. promoting blood circulation, improving balance, strengthening muscle and maintaining flexibility in joints. The cabled remote control allows you to adjust your workout without having to bend down to the display. You can also take the initiative to exercise when it powers off.
