Bid price is for TWO new tires and TWO new tubes to go with them. These are new 4.00-15 Carlise brand Farm Specialist tri-rib tractor fronts. These are 4 ply tires rated for 585 lbs per tire at 52 psi. The Carlisle part number is 52F230. The tires are USA made however the tubes WILL NOT be USA made, you can't get a USA made tube anymore.
