    Price is for a lot of TWO tires and TWO tubes. These are new 4.00-12 Duro HF252 R-1 tractor lug tires. These are 4 ply tube type tires and I include new tubes. The manufacturer lists the specs as 21.1" tall, 4.3" section width, max load 550 lbs per tire at 52 psi. These are used on some compact 4wd tractors, garden tillers, etc. as a drive tire.
