ITEM CONDITION/GRADE
I've been collecting for years and I do attempt to grade each card whenever possible.
I do my best to accurately describe the item condition and as well, if possible, provide pictures.
It is important for me to have a satisfied buyer thus, here is a breakdown of how I grade my listings and the terminology used:
New:
Sealed or booster fresh with no noticeable issues. Singles with this condition will usually be cards that went straight from booster to sleeve. There can be the occasional printing/manufacturing issue, but it too is unnoticeable. All other items in this category are still sealed with the seal still intact.
Used:
All other items that are not considered new.
Mint (M):
Item is in absolutely wonderful shape. Singles that have never been played and look pristine will fall into this category. They will have no visible marks or scuffs and will look booster fresh. Centering will be choice and card will be of a collectible grade. Sealed products are usually Mint as well, although it is possible that a sealed product could be downgraded due to packaging issues (like dents from shipping, for example).
Near Mint (NM):
Item is in a generally unused shape. Singles in Near Mint condition may display the occasional scuff or two upon detailed inspection and/or printing flaw on the edges, but otherwise the card looks booster fresh and if it has been played, it was likely played inside a sleeve. Card front will be 90-95% of Mint and the back should also be as well, if not better. Sealed products with packaging issues will fall under this category as well. Many well-handled items fall under this category.
Lightly Played (LP):
Item is in good shape. Singles in LP condition have either been lightly played or handled excessively. The front of the card should show very little wear or scuffs, but they will be evident based on a detailed inspection. Card will be easy to read and black border will be 75-90% of Mint. Backs of cards may show more scuffing and/or flaws, but this card has been played and its buyer will likely be one that is looking to play with it as well. Most folks might call a card like this NM or NM-, but if the scuffing is significant and can be seen when under a good light, it is most certainly not NM.
Moderately Played (MP):
Item is absolutely used but in decent shape. Singles in MP condition will be usable inside a sleeve but will stand out when mixed with cards of a better condition outside of sleeves. Significant whitening on borders and back of card will be present and can include cards with dinged sides, scrapes, scuffs, and general wear and tear. However, there should be no major creases in the card or true damage other than via moderate usage (sorting, shuffling, etc). These cards are 60-75% of Mint.
Heavily Played (HP):
Item is usable in a sleeve only and even then, it may very well stand out due to its used nature making it "thicker" along the edges of the card, which are usually solid white from play. This is reserved for cards that are just absolutely beat up but retain value only because of the card itself. Front of card can be read enough to use in a game, but you will likely be made fun of for doing so. These cards are 50-60% of Mint.
Damaged (DAM):
Item could be anywhere from NM-LP but because of a specific flaw, I have deemed it damaged. Singles in DAM condition are usually listed this way from a serious crease or dent on the card, or other major gotcha. Other reasons could be a significant dent(s) or chip on the edge of the card or some sort of staining or visibly noticeable mark on either the front or back of the card. In addition, any item that is missing pieces is one I would consider damaged or incomplete. For example, if a set of Duel Decks are missing cards (even if replaced by equivalent), it will be listed as Damaged. I always follow up in the item description of the exact reason for rating, so please look there for more information. Item should be playable inside a sleeve(s) however.

FEEDBACK
I do not like to give nor receive negative feedback. So please think and act BEFORE leaving negative feedback. If you are unhappy with the transaction, let me know why and give me a chance to make it right. Believe it or not, it IS possible for a seller to make an unintended error. Now for the guy who was upset for getting no mythic rares and having Shadows of Innistrad basic lands in his Eldritch Moon packs... well... not sure you can fix stupid. At least give me a chance to try.
As well, I have come to the conclusion that it is better for me to wait to leave feedback until I receive some on my end. What comes around, goes around. Show me your love and I will return the favor!
