Large Malawian unique1986 Basket/Show Piece

Beautiful Large Show piece briefcase type African basket from Malawi I purchased and watched make in 1986. This two piece case/basket is a great show piece for any collector.
Can be used as a basket, but has only been used as a show piece. The quality is Top notch!
Meas- 17" wide and 17" total height. Very unique, not typical basic basket.
