This is a perfect Lalique Frosted Parakeet ~ Open Wing - Lalique Figurines & Paperweights by Lalique France, Signed!!  Features a detailed, frosted parakeet with one open wing, sitting on a clear pedestal.  Perfect condition.  Very rare and hard to find.
