This listing is for a lovely Lalique EPIS vase, model #1077 originally designed in 1931 by Rene Lalique.
This nice vase has a delicate paneled design with a wheat design in the center of each panel near the bottom and the stylized strands of wheat extending upward to the rim of the vase. The vase's name derives from the French word for wheat. This vase is NOT an early original production Epis vase but is a reissue of the earlier design. Marked with the " Lalique, France" script signature on base.
Measures 6 1/2" high with a 6 1/4" diameter top and 2 7/8" diameter base. Weighs 2.3 pounds.
The vase is excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minor signs of normal wear on the base.
