This listing is for a lovely Lalique clear and frosted crystal COQ NAIN rooster figure hood ornament/paperweight.
This sculpture was designed by Rene Lalique in 1928 and produced as a luxury automobile hood ornament and is now produced as a paperweight.  The rooster has an impressive size and has realistic details.
Marked with etched "Lalique France" signature on the base.
Measures 8 1/4" high, 5" wide with a 2 5/8" diameter base. Weighs 2.8 pounds.
This nice rooster sculpture is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws.
