How to Measure Offset
Measuring Offsets:
The offset of a surfacemount latch is the distance between the surface on which you mount the strike (the jamb) and the surface on which you mount the latch (the door).

illustrates a straight handle edge mount latch.

illustrates an offset handle, which is bent away from the latch body to allow more room for grasping the handle.
Edgemount Latch:
Mounts to the edge of the door.  Edgemount latches are most commonly found on lightweight reach-in doors, under counter, and back bar units.
Surfacemount Latch:
Mounts on the face of the door.  All walk-in doors use surfacemount hardware.
Safety Latch:
A walk-in latch that uses a push-rod to prevent accidental entrapment – even if the latch has been locked from the outside.  In many states, including California, safety latches are required by law on all walk-in units.
Shipment
Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return Policy
Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Returned unit must be undamaged and with its original packaging and contents in order to receive a full refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Buyer is responsible for 2 way shipping charges for any exchange except defective items.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within 30 days of the purchasing date.  Prepaid shipping fee is not refundable, unless we ship out the wrong items.

NOTE: If the customer wants to refuse the package, they have to refuse the package without opening. We're not responsible for any additional postage if they change the original mailing package.
