    HUGE 17.25” SWEETGRASS SOUTH CAROLINA SEA GRASS PALMETTO FANNER VINTAGE BASKET, EXCELLENT
    This is a similar type of basket used on the cover of SEA GRASS BASKETS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA LOWCOUNTRY.  Beautiful vintage condition with neat alternating colored grasses.  This large basket is a South Carolina masterpiece.
    This is priced at 50%  of what a similar type new & smaller 16 inch Fanner Basket sells for now - and there is a big difference with the extra 1.25 inches of weaving that this basket has.
    Measures approximately 17.25” diameter. 2nd Half 20th C.
