(All of our files are designed & sized to cut on a CNC plasma system. Designed with 40/45 amp fine cut consumables at book settings on 11/16 gauge steel in mind. If running other processes/settings, you may have to resize for detail.)
If you are importing the dxf file or opening it into your cam software you will want to be sure to disable your offset tooling function. if you are unable to disable the offset function altogether then you will want to reduce your offset value as small as it will go (.001?) this will allow you to cut our dxf files correctly!
These vector files can be used for CNC plasma, laser, water jet, scrap booking/card making, web design, vinyl plotters, Screen printing, vinyl decals/stickers, routers.
These files are intended to work with the following software?s: Any Vector based CNC software. All filles have been ran and checked for Crossed Nodes and lines, correct linking, denoded. All have been collapsed to 1 layer, since some cnc software will not load with more than 1 layer unless you tell it to.. We believe in the KISS method to get you up and running ASAP. All of the file sets are 2-D. Most PCM cut files for Plasmacam are set for 11 Gauge steel
