These 4 unused solid tires are U.S. military surplus.  Very high quality and not cheap mfr versions. 31 x 10 - 20 with 7.50" x 8 lug bolt pattern
I am not sure the mfr.  Part label number is:
31X10-20/7.50S792KLBOBCECR(2075-211)IE9A.
I could be incorrect and therefore I am not sure but these tires might be Camso SKS 792S.  Only because the tire part label looks similar to the catalog.  I do not know the mfr.  Please make up your own mind.
