Price is for one tire, this is the tire only no wheel. This is a 26X12D380 NHS  OTR Outrigger special industrial tire. This tire requires and is only for use on the special OTR 380 wheel. This is an 8 ply rated pneumatic tire that runs 42 psi and has a rim guard sidewall. It is used on man and scissor lifts and other specialty industrial applications.
