    This 1996 Topps Basketball set is the USA Women's National Basketball Team set.
    Set contains 24 cards.
    Includes: Jennifer Aziz, Ruthie Bolton, Teresa Edwards, Lisa Leslie, Rebecca Lobo Katrina McClain, Nikki McCray, Carla McGhee, Dawn Staley, Katy Steding, Sheryl Swoopes and Coach Tara Van Deriver.
    Topps, a corporate sponsor of the USA Women's National team, issued this 24-card set featuring the core of the team that represented the United States at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. The cards were available in 8-card packs. The set consists of two cards each (a regular card [1-11] and a "Profiles" card [13-23]) of the 11 players on the team, a coach card, and a team photo card listing a complete pre-Olympics tour schedule. Against a background featuring an American flag, the fronts of the regular cards display a color action cutout of each athlete in her U.S.A. Basketball uniform. The backs provide complete biographical information and collegiate statistics. The horizontal fronts of the "Profiles" cards have a color closeup and a gold foil-stamped facsimile autograph. The backs list a variety of questions and answers that provide a glimpse into the players' personal lives.
